Taking Advantage Of The Compound Effect Is When The Magic Happens!
What Is The Compound Effect?
Every time you reinvest the gain from your investment into the total amount, you capitalize on the power of the compound effect!
To illustrate, take an investment of $1000 that garners a 3% return per week. Next week, you will accumulate $30. Now, instead of withdrawing the $30 each week, you could reinvest that profit into the total. Therefore, your new sum becomes $1030. And accordingly, the 3% weekly payout will now relate to $1030 instead of $1000, causing you to accrue $30.9 next week instead of $30.
Perhaps the difference seems minor to you in the above example, however, compounding produces extraordinary results in the long-term.
In a year, if the returns were to be withdrawn weekly, the $1000 investment would accumulate $1560, and total of $2560 ($1000 initial investment and $30 of returns weekly). But, if the returns were to be reinvested weekly, that same $1000 investment would gain a profit of approximately $3650! A total of $4650 ($1000 initial investment and 3% returns reinvested weekly)!
In 5 years, withdrawing the $30 profit weekly would accumulate $7800, while compounding would accrue approximately $2,100,000!
